Little Village Goods EVOO is made from green olives from groves of the southern mountains from 5000 year old trees. It is a rich color and has a smooth, yet spicy kick at the back of your throat. Their bottles are from an organic farm, where the trees are never treated with pesticides, fertilizers, and grow with little to no water for an intense taste. Their olives are handpicked and cold-pressed using a studied technique from a trusted farmer in a village famous for their olive oil. Their bottles are filled from small-batches to ensure the highest quality and taste at the lowest acidity. LVG’s EVOO has an acidity level of <0.2-0.6%.

The Ultra Premium EVOO is of highest intensity with spicy, robust and earthy undertones. Best used to drizzle and dip by the spoonfuls.
