Our space is being designed by NAINOA and Smith Dalia Architects, two celebrated firms known for designing hospitality, residential, and commercial projects throughout the country.


We will also offer in-house retail, with products such as custom hand-crafted tabletop wares, unique home décor and special gifts.

About Predalina

Our restaurant celebrates the long and fruitful life of Predalina Oliviera, our owners Blake Casper and Allison Adams’ great-grandmother.

Born in Brazil, raised in Portugal, and eventually settling in Rhode Island, Predalina lived to 101 – and always cherished life by the sea.

As a nod to Predalina’s love of waterfront living, our restaurant will focus on fresh, seafood-driven Mediterranean cuisine.

Predalina owners Blake Casper and Allison Adams are known for their collection of successful restaurants and retail shops throughout Tampa, including Oxford Exchange, The Library and The Stovall House.
