Predalina Oliviera, great-grandmother of Blake Casper and Allison Adams, lived a long and fruitful 101 years by the coast. Born in Recife, Brazil, raised in Porto, Portugal, and eventually settling in Providence, Rhode Island, her life was shaped by seaside communities. The crossroads of Predalina's life and Tampa’s robust coastal history became the perfect inspiration for our restaurant, Predalina.

Located in Water Street, near Tampa’s original bustling docks and at an arm’s reach from Tampa’s waterfront, the vibrantly energetic atmosphere of Predalina highlights the best of the Mediterranean region’s seafood offerings. At Predalina, the promise of a delicious meal and an unforgettable drink always beckons, any day of the week, and for any occasion. 

Predalina brings a full-service restaurant and fully shoppable dining experience to Water Street. Guests can enjoy weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks in the restaurant’s dining room, on the two patios, and at the expansive bar.

Beyond enjoying an exceptional meal, guests at Predalina can also explore our in-house retail, with products such as hand-crafted wares, unique home décor, and special gifts. Most tableside wares, seasonings, and oils will be available for purchase.
